Our Staff
Through extensive training, certification and dedication, our staff has attained mastery in their fields and now enjoy sharing their skill and passing it on to our members. Here are a few of Rolly Pollies of Mooresville's staff members:

Kerry Ann Tornesello

(Owner and Lead Instructor)
Kerry and her husband have lived in the Lake Norman area for over 10 years - They are practically natives! Kerry is a poster child for a Liberal Arts Education. She has degrees in English and Business Communications and a Masters Degree in Education. She has worked in the education field, sales and marketing, and has managed a home-based business. Kerry is the proud mom of a wonderful, energetic son. After struggling to find things for him to do to burn off some of the energy; Kerry was thrilled to learn about Rolly Pollies and knew the Lake Norman area needed it. Kerry loves working with the kids and their parents, and thrives on the challenges of running a business and being a parent. Kerry is First Aid/CPR trained for infants, children and adults. She also has her National Safety Certification through USA Gymnastics.

Miss Marcia

(Creative Arts Instructor)
Marcia has been working with young children in classroom settings and in small groups for almost 20 years. Her combination of patience and encouragement is the key to creating the right environment for your children to explore their creative side.

Martin and Laura Fisher

(Owners and Lead Instructors)
Marty and Laura relocated their family to the Mooresville area in 2007 to open Rolly Pollies. Marty joined the Rolly Pollies team after an 11-year Marine Corps career. Prior to leaving active duty service, Marty was a pilot for the Presidential Helicopter Squadron, “Marine One”; responsible for the safe travel of the President, Vice President, First Family, and foreign Heads of State. Marty has a BS in Economics and is a 1996 graduate of the United States Naval Academy. He still keeps his foot in the door with the Marine Corps, training new potential helicopter pilots in Pensacola, Florida as a USMC Reservist.

As a mother and a practicing occupational therapist specializing in pediatrics, Laura is proud to support the Rolly Pollies mission and join its’ team. Laura has 11 years experience in the field of Occupational Therapy and her career as an OT has allowed her the opportunity to assist in the development of children aged 0-3 years, as well as school-aged children. She understands the importance of a child’s early development. Laura holds an MS/BS in Occupational Therapy and a BS in Exercise Physiology.

Miss Caroline

(Music Instructor)
Caroline participated in band and chorus throughout school. While her daughter was in grade school, she spent three years volunteering with children's musical productions there. She currently sings in a contemporary music group at her church.
